The successful candidate will fulfil a key senior role within our clients growing development team. You will be responsible for the design and development of key modules within the overall core product suite as well as leading and mentoring other developers as the organisation evolves and grows.

In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following key areas:

*Will have experience in software development
*Highly proficient in Java
*Solid understanding of RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Proven track record in designing and delivering innovative and robust systems.
*Exposure to best design practices
*Experienced in OO and SOA design and in-depth exposure to full software development lifecycle
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative and proven success in a team environment
*Excellent problem solving and organisation skills
